We are a family business that was started in 1978 by Mr. Eduardo Manjarrez in Escuinapa, Sinaloa, Mexico.
It is his sons who have continued in the same field and expanded the business, along with some other family members who are involved in its operation.
In the year 2001 was founded the company “Productora del Campo, S.A. de C.V.,” which has experienced steady growth year after year.
Most of our fresh produce is planted and harvested in the fertile fields of Sinaloa, Mexico, where our production and packaging business is primarily located.
We also have an extensive network of relationships with suppliers and partner producers across Mexico.
Additionally, we have a sister company in the agrochemical industry, founded over 45 years ago, called “AGROINSUMOS Y SEMILLAS MAN-HER.”
Because we are directly involved in the production of our fresh products and in the dehydration and freezing processes of our peppers, we have total control over the entire process, from planting seeds and cultivation to the application of agrochemicals, harvesting, pre-cooling, and maintaining the cold chain without interruption until delivery to your doorstep.
This is why our quality, freshness, and shelf life are unparalleled.
Currently, we are strengthening our presence in supermarket chains in Mexico, as well as with customers in the United States interested in high-quality products with competitive prices.
A significant benefit of purchasing our fresh products is their extended shelf life. Our production doesn’t go through intermediaries or repacking companies.
Repacking throughout the distribution chain can compromise quality and shelf life due to additional handling and temperature changes of the vegetables during the process.
Our production is immediately cooled after harvest and selection, and it is sent directly to our customers in the best possible condition.
Additionally, we can work with pre-agreed contracts and prices at the beginning of the season, ensuring a fixed price during the harvest season or adapting to any market needs that may arise. Terms, clauses, and prices must be established several months before the planting season begins.
