Quality, Price and Availability

As a general rule, we begin harvesting and distributing our fresh product in the Sinaloa region from mid-November to late April, after which we initiate drying, if feasible.

It’s worth noting that subsequently, from May to mid-November, we continue harvesting and distributing our product in different regions of the country and abroad, where we have a presence, so we have the advantage of being able to supply our customers year-round.

Additionally, we hold significant certifications in the field and packaging, such as GLOBAL GAP and SMETA, ensuring that our products undergo all the quality, safety, and hygiene controls demanded by the current market.

Prices fluctuate throughout the year due to a variety of economic factors. We do our best to leverage our strategic advantages and offer you a competitive price, regardless of the circumstances.

Similarly, the price for peppers varies depending on the required quality.                                                First Quality (Large to medium size, no visible defects, healthy product).                                          Second Quality (Large, medium, and small sizes, peppers with minor aesthetic flaws).

An option for companies planning to process, grind, or can the product may be to purchase second-quality peppers, which can be sold in more economical packaging, such as burlap or bulk, depending on the product and your needs.

It’s important to mention that if at any given time we don’t have the product or quantity you need, we can usually source it through our business partners across the country.
